Return Policy: Only unused Stacy Vason HairCare™ product(s) can be exchanged
within 14 days of the purchase. Please, call us first (888-99VASON) to ensure product(s)
can be returned. It is strongly recommended that all products returned are trackable
via UPS, FedEx or USPS and include the invoice that was included in the packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returned products.
Damaged Items: If your Stacy Vason HairCare™ product(s) arrived damaged or you
received an incorrect product(s), you must call us (888-99VASON) to file a claim
within 5 days from the date you received your order. If a refund is requested, it will be
processed based on the original form of payment.
If you buy Stacy Vason HairCare™ products from other sources (i.e. not stacyvason.com
or amazon.com), this exchange/return policy does not apply.
Stacy Vason HairCare™ product orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted to
ensure timely delivery of products.
